Free prescription delivery, refills and transfers
Order a refill by phone or in person, move your prescriptions here from anywhere in Alberta, and have the lot driven to your door anywhere in Calgary at no charge.
Ordering a refill
Call before you run out. Tell us when you need your refill, and we will confirm when it can be ready and whether pickup or delivery works for your order.
Call, or drop the bottle in
Phone 403-930-5806 with the prescription number on the label, or bring the bottle to the counter. Have your name and the medication you need ready so we can find the right pharmacy refill request.
We check it before we fill it
The pharmacist looks at what else you are taking and whether the prescription still has refills left. If it does not, we contact your prescriber for you.
Pick it up, or have it driven to you
Tell us which when you order. Delivery is free and you do not need to be a regular customer to use it.
Transferring from another pharmacy
You do not have to collect your records, close an account, or tell your current pharmacy anything. Give us their name and the medications you want moved, and we contact them directly.
We check the prescription details with your current pharmacy and confirm what can be transferred and when it will be ready.
If you take several medications
Repeat prescriptions rarely line up. One runs out on the 8th, another on the 21st, and you end up at a pharmacy counter three times a month.
We can synchronise them so everything comes due on the same day, and pack them together if that helps. Ask the pharmacist to look at your list.
Common questions
How long does a refill take?
Timing depends on stock, the prescription and whether we need to contact your prescriber. Call with your prescription number and we will confirm when it can be ready.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Anywhere in Calgary, with no minimum order and no fee. Ask when you order so we can arrange the delivery with you.
Can someone else pick up my prescription?
Yes. Anyone you send can collect it. If it is a controlled medication we may ask them for identification.
What if I have run out today?
Phone us. In Alberta a pharmacist can provide an emergency supply of most maintenance medications so you do not go without while we sort out the prescription.
