Privacy policy

This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no login, and no forms that submit to us. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Two things on the site are provided by third parties and are governed by their own policies: the embedded Google map on our contact page, and the booking system at bookmypharmacy.com, which opens in a new tab when you book an appointment. Anything you enter into the booking system is handled by that provider, not by this website.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, and we use Google Search Console to see which search queries bring people here. Search Console reports aggregate numbers; it does not identify individual visitors to us.

Health information you give us at the pharmacy — your prescriptions, your medication history, and anything discussed in an assessment — is held under Alberta's Health Information Act and the Personal Information Protection Act, and under the standards of practice of the Alberta College of Pharmacy.

We use it to dispense safely, to check for interactions, and to provide the services you have asked for. Prescriptions written by our pharmacists are recorded in Netcare, the provincial electronic health record, where your other health providers can see them. We do not sell it and we do not share it for marketing.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask how it has been used. Speak to a pharmacist at the counter or call us.
