Common questions
Is there a charge for blister packing?
No. You pay for your medications the way you always would. The packaging itself is part of the service.
What happens if my doctor changes a dose partway through?
Bring the pack back and we redo it. Dose changes do not wait for the next cycle, and there is no charge for the repack.
Can supplements and over-the-counter medications go in?
Usually yes, and it is often worth it. Tell the pharmacist everything you take so the review is done on the real list rather than the prescribed one.
Can you pack for someone in a care home or on home care?
Yes. We work with home care teams and family caregivers, and we can deliver the packs directly.
